SPR Consulting, powering businesses with technology by linking IT and line-of-business goals, today announced it has achieved 15 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) on average over the past three years and has restructured to better serve its 130-plus local, national and global clients. Strong business growth for the 41-year-old company, fueled by increased demand for software solutions and talent, is driving the rebrand.

SPR will expand its office space by 30 percent in Chicago’s Willis Tower, hire 25 percent more staff in 2015, and today launched a new brand identity that includes a new logo and website.

SPR has integrated its three companies to create the $50 million consulting firm it is today. The company now brings together the power of its three technology brands, RedPoint Technologies, TAP Group and MPS Partners, to bring clients greater service, solutions and talent. Their strengths will be streamlined and leveraged to help clients improve enterprise efficiency by improving access to cutting-edge industry knowledge, company-wide collaboration and specialized tools to reach their customers. SPR will continue to support people with disabilities, a channel formerly called nAblement, and help better connect them with the right employment opportunities. It will also broaden its civic engagement to support other noteworthy community organizations.

“Our restructuring enables us to build on the successes SPR has had for the past 40 years,” said Rob Figliulo, CEO of SPR Consulting. “By consolidating our brands into one, we are streamlining our resources and operations to more accurately focus on client needs. We have successfully outgrown the smaller niche consulting firm space, and are excited about this new direction and our strong growth trajectory.”

As part of the rebrand, SPR will deliver enhanced service offerings to clients, including building, integrating, testing and managing technologies across mobile devices, web and cloud. Due to the recent growth, the company has restructured internally into eight practice areas to better support customers with its deep expertise.

Adam Hecktman, Microsoft's Director of Civic Technology & Innovation for Chicago, explains, “I have worked with teams at MPS Partners, SPR and nAblement for over 10 years and truly feel the launch of SPR Consulting will only strengthen the already superior leadership team and delivery capabilities of the organization. Microsoft continues to need strong regional partners and the new strength and capabilities of SPR Consulting will provide the added support we need for our clients.”

“MPS Partners has delivered strategic insights and quality technical solutions to LaSalle Solutions for more than 10 years,” said Steven Robb, President of the Solutions Group at LaSalle Solutions. “As LaSalle continues to expand, we need a strong partner to grow with us. We are confident SPR’s legacy of providing excellence and quality technical skills will support our needs into the future. I am excited about the new offerings this larger entity will deliver."
