VelaTel and its wholly owned subsidiary, China Motion Telecom (HK) Limited (CMMobile), have successfully upgraded CMMobile's new 4G LTE network operations center (NOC) and are now migrating existing subscribers to the new NOC. The CMMobile Network now has a total capacity of 5 million subscribers. The upgrade enables CMMobile to move forward with the following already signed partnerships and contractual relationships:

  • Start Phase 2 of Integration with Singapore based mobile network operator StarHub.
  • Signed contract with DIgital Turbine (Mandalay Mobile) to distribute applications and supply all web searches and Internet browsing for CMMobile's subscribers via the new NOC.
  • Signed contract and successfully integrated networds with "carrier's carrier" BICS, offering CMMobile's subscribers even lower pricing on international long distance, roaming, and 4G LTE data rates.
  • Signed contract with Japan based mobile network operator NTT DOCOMO for joint country distribution and private label distribution.

VelaTel plans to grow CMMobile's operations throughout 2015 with its upgraded NOC.
