Ukrainian Exchange : Shares of four issuers transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective January 14, 2016, securities of four issuers excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of 'non-listing' securities of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC 'Ukrainian Exchange':

• Common registered shares of PJSC 'Azovstal iron and steel works' (issuer's number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 00191158; ticker in the trading system - AZST);
• Common registered shares of PJSC 'Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol' (issuer's number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 00191129; ticker in the trading system - MMKI);
• Common registered shares of PJSC 'North Ore Mining and Processing Plant' (issuer's number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 00191023; ticker in the trading system - SGOK);
• Common registered shares of PJSC 'Ukrtelecom' (issuer's number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 21560766; ticker in the trading system - UTLM).
