Trakcja Polska SA : 3/2014 - Timing of publications of regular reports in 2014

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (Company) is hereby announcing the timing of publications of regular reports in 2014:

1. The consolidated annual report (CR) for the 2013 financial year - on 21 March 2014.

The (standalone) annual report (R) for the 2013 financial year - on 21 March 2014.

2. The consolidated quarterly reports (QCR) containing abridged standalone financial information:

- report for 1Q 2014 - on 15 May 2014.
- report for 3Q 2014 - on 14 November 2014.

3. The consolidated half-yearly report (CHR) containing abridged standalone financial information - on 29 August 2014.

Simultaneously, in accordance with § 83(1) and § 83(3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259) (hereinafter: "Regulation"), the Company declares that the consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain, respectively, quarterly and half-yearly standalone financial statements. The annual report will be prepared and published in both standalone and consolidated forms.
Pursuant to § 102(1) of the above Regulation, the Company will not publish a quarterly report for 4Q 2013 or, pursuant to § 101(2) of the Regulation, a quarterly report for 2Q 2014.
