STAR MICRONICS CO., LTD. ("the Company") has announced that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, the Company decided on the following planned changes in Representative Directors, including the appointment of a new President and CEO, and changes in Director and Executive Officers' Areas of Responsibility.
