Specsavers Optical : Bingham Specsavers rewarded for commitment to staff

Specsavers Bingham has been recognised for its commitment to employee engagement, wellbeing and career development with a prestigious business award.

The store was externally assessed against five key areas, including recruitment and induction, performance management, and learning and development, to receive its Platinum Employer status. The initiative was designed and verified by employee engagement specialist, Korn Ferry Hay Group, to support the recruitment and retention of high-calibre Specsavers employees.

A word from the store director

'We're delighted to announce that we've been recognised as a Platinum Employer,' said store director, Amit Rana. 'We're always looking for ways to improve employee engagement and ensure that the whole team is working towards fulfilling their potential.
