Slovenia hired Barclays, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan to lead manage a euro dual-tranche transaction consisting of a new four-year benchmark due in 2026 and 40-year benchmark due in 2062, one of the banks said in a deal announcement on Tuesday.

The deal is expected to be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions, the same bank said.
