For Immediate Release Sijia Group Awarded "2012 Forbes Most Potential PRC Listed Companies"

Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore, 16 January 2012 - Sijia Group Company Limited ("Sijia Group", together with its subsidiaries, collectively named "the Group"; HKSE stock code: 1863), a leading manufacturer of high quality soft-texture reinforced materials in the PRC, announced that it has been awarded among the top 100 "2012 Forbes Most Potential PRC Listed Companies."

Organized by the Chinese version of "Forbes" magazine, the award is into its eighth year and represents a comprehensive and independent survey for China's small and medium- sized companies.
The target companies are those who operate mainly in mainland China with revenue in 2010 between RMB 5 million and RMB 1 billion. The companies are selected based on the composite weighted calculation of a company's Growth Index (Revenue Growth and Profit Growth), Return Index (Return On Net Assets and Return On Total Assets), Profitability Index (Net Profit) and Scale Index (Revenue and Net Profit). The performance of the Group in 2011 is also taken into consideration.

In the year of 2010, the Group recorded Revenue and Net Profit of around RMB965 million
and RMB217 million respectively. With regards to the Growth Index from 2008 to 2010, its Revenue and Net Profit increased at a compounded rate of 79.5% and 65.4% respectively. Return On Net Assets grew at a weighted average rate of 34.5%.
