Sharon Hardie, a seasoned government relations executive, has joined Battelle’s government relations team in Washington, DC.

Hardie most recently consulted for the Blauvelt Group in Alexandria, Virginia and previously held government relations positions at BAE Systems, Inc. and General Dynamics Corporation. During her career, she has led government affairs strategy and positioning for defense, intelligence and cybersecurity issues.

At Battelle, Hardie will work with House and Senate members, their staffs and key committees to help educate them on policy issues important to Battelle’s research and development business in the areas of national security, cybersecurity, homeland security, infrastructure and environment, and health and life sciences.
