Russia's Putin, Venezuela's Maduro discuss oil market - Kremlin

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation on the world oil market with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in a telephone call on Friday, the Kremlin said in a statement.
