Highly regarded industry leader becomes Principal,
will focus on office tenant and landlord representation
BOSTON, MA, Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - Michael Smith, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm's New England region, announced today that commercial real estate industry veteran Patrick Buckley has joined the firm in Boston.
Effective immediately, Buckley becomes a Principal of Avison Young and will focus on tenant and landlord representation in the Boston office market. He brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Greater Boston to Avison Young, most recently as a Senior Vice-President with CBRE.

Buckley began his real estate career in 2003 at Colliers where he was a Vice-President for seven years. He then joined Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, which was later acquired by Transwestern where he was a Senior Vice-President until the local office was acquired by CBRE in early 2018.

Buckley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Villanova University, where he captained the men's lacrosse team.
