By Presidio Bank (OTCBB: PDOB), a Bay Area business bank, today announced that it will be expanding to San Mateo with a new office that it plans to open in the second half of 2014.

To spearhead the effort, the Bank has hired a team of veteran bankers well known to the local community. Steve Fick, Claudia Ferguson, and Adam Baughman, highly regarded business and personal bankers, previously of Boston Private Bank (formerly Borel Private Bank & Trust Company), all recently joined Presidio Bank.

Steve Fick, with multi-generational roots in the San Mateo community, worked for Boston Private / Borel Bank in various senior roles since 1993. Mr. Fick is active in many community and civic organizations on the peninsula. Claudia Ferguson is a highly accomplished personal and business banker, with deep roots in the community. Ms. Ferguson was previously with Boston Private / Borel Bank, Mid-Peninsula Bank, and Burlingame Bank & Trust. Adam Baughman is an experienced relationship-driven business banker, previously of Boston Private / Borel Bank in San Mateo. Mr. Baughman is also very active with non-profit boards and serves his community as an effective volunteer.
