SL Bidco B.V. (the 'Company') today has exercised its call option and issued a redemption notice with respect to all outstanding bonds ('Bonds') pursuant to the SL Bidco B.V. FRN Senior Secured EUR 250,000,000 Callable Bond Issue 2018/2023 - ISIN NO 001 0814189.
