By The Board of Directors of UMS Holdings Berhad ("UMS" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders to undertake the following proposals at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting :
1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for
Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading
Nature and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for new
Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Trading Nature;
and
2. Proposed Share Buy-Back
A circular containing the information on the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
