NewVantage Partners (NVP), recognized leader in providing thought-leadership expertise and guidance to Fortune 1000 business and technology executives seeking to leverage data and analytics, and Big Data, announces the establishment of NewVantage Solutions (NVS), an entity which will accelerate how businesses implement and adopt next-generation data and analytic solutions.

NewVantage Partners also announces the appointment of industry veteran Avi Kalderon as partner and practice leader in Big Data & Analytics. In addition, Avi will serve as the head of the New York office for NewVantage

Creating a Powerful New Implementation Arm

The announcement was made by NewVantage founders Dr. Paul Barth and Randy Bean. Barth will lead the new entity NewVantage Solutions as CEO, while Bean will assume the role of CEO and managing partner of NewVantage Partners. Barth will continue to serve as chief thought leader for NewVantage Partners, while Bean will serve as a senior advisor for the new entity.

"Big Data is a proven platform for accelerating time-to-answer, lowering costs, and delivering business value," said NVS CEO Paul Barth. "However, many firms are challenged by the new skills and methodologies needed to harness its power. NVS will combine its technical expertise with novel data management software to set up production-quality Big Data systems in weeks, giving business users access to comprehensive data and powerful tools for insight and analysis. These systems give executives immediate access to their data to answer critical business questions and do so at much lower costs."

NVP CEO and Managing Partner Randy Bean noted, "The timing is right for this kind of capability. NewVantage Partners will continue to be a leader in executive thought-leadership, working with Fortune 1000 clients to guide their strategic efforts and develop the requirements for their Data and Analytics initiatives. By establishing this new entity, we will be able to provide end-to-end capabilities under the NewVantage umbrella."
