The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Directors have on 5 January 2017 proposed a final tax exempt dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2016 ('Proposed Final Dividend'), subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting.
The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
