Main stage of the demonstrating bilateral tactic company exercise of the Tula Airborne regiment units with assault operation and combat firing has started in the Tula and Ryazan regions.
More than 250 servicemen as well as about 40 pieces of armament and military hardware, including the Nona self-propelled artillery guns, are involved in the exercise.
In course of the first stage of the exercise, the units were put on highest levels of combat readiness in permanent locations and conducted a combined marching at the Dubrovichi range at the distance of more than 250 kilometers.
Paratroopers detected and eliminated control centre of the simulated enemy at the area of the Novinki village and conducted maneuver to the newly-assigned region in course of the exercise.
