Method Communications today announced the appointment of Rachel Kaseroff as senior vice president, and the promotions of Brad Plothow to vice president of strategy and Joshua Heath to vice president. The personnel changes enable Method to provide added strategic value to its clients and bolster its leadership team to drive the agency's next phase of growth.

Since launching in 2010, Method has become one of the fastest-growing PR firms in the country, recording 100 percent revenue growth in 2013. The agency has attracted some of the most dynamic organizations throughout Utah, California and New York to join its rapidly expanding client portfolio, and currently records over half of its revenue from Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.

"Method's meteoric rise can be attributed to our ability to attract and retain top talent," said David Parkinson, CEO and co-founder of Method. "Rachel's understanding of the enterprise technology space is second to none, and we are thrilled to welcome her on board. Josh and Brad's invaluable strategic thinking and expertise in navigating the ever-changing media landscape have delivered outstanding results for our clients, and we look forward to Method's best year yet in 2014."

Kaseroff brings nearly two decades of PR experience to her position of senior vice president, including more than a decade in representing IT security companies. She oversees several of Method's enterprise technology accounts, including Cylance, Bitglass, Adaptive Computing and AtTask. Over the course of her career, Kaseroff has led multiple internal accounts for Symantec - including Endpoint Security, Information Management and Symantec Channel - and developed both traditional media and social media campaigns for many of the world's premier technology companies.

In the newly created position of vice president of strategy, Plothow will oversee the development of new services and guide overall strategic direction for the agency as it enters a period of tremendous growth. As an account supervisor at Method, Plothow helped orchestrate a partnership between Instructure, a Method client, and AMC to create a free online course inspired by the popular TV series "The Walking Dead." Under his leadership, Method announced the partnership by planning and executing a highly successful media outreach plan that resulted in more than 1 billion impressions from 1,000 original stories.

With more than a decade of experience, Heath was one of the first employees at Method and has quickly ascended through the ranks to become a vice president. As an account supervisor, Heath's ability to survey the media landscape and identify opportunities that would drive measurable impact resulted in national coverage for several technology clients, including Adaptive Computing, Cylance, Mindshare Technologies, Mogreet, Vivint and others.
