Mesa Laboratories : DialyGuard Meter Calibrations and Service

January 24, 2018, Lakewood, Colorado - Mesa Laboratories, Inc. provides factory certified service, repairs and re-certification to original product specification at our factory in Lakewood, Colorado. All of our medical product lines are manufactured and maintained under ISO 13485 certified procedures so you can be assured that our high quality and technical standards are in place. Mesa recommends annual calibration of all DialyGuard meters.

To prevent downtime and costs, Mesa now offers a replacement measurement module, negating the need to send whole meters in for calibration.

With any return, please be sure to fill out the Service Order Form completely. It is imperative that all fields are completed to ensure the prompt return of equipment.

In the 'Bill To' fields, be sure to enter the name of the customer, as well as the address so Mesa knows who to contact in case of questions. When entering phone numbers, it is essential for Mesa to have direct phone numbers, access to the individual submitting the Service Order Form.

Please note, although the form states a fixed price, there may be extenuating circumstances which may alter this price point, such as an unrepairable unit, or such extensive damage that the cost must increase.

Be sure to tell Mesa if there are any issues with your meter, beside the need for calibration. The more information that is shared, the quicker the return of all equipment.

Nikki Wolf joined Mesa in June of 2016 as a Marketing Specialist for all product lines. As a marketing specialist, Nikki is responsible for developing and creating content for all social media channels, managing Mesa Lab's tradeshow presence and participation, and writing content for Mesa's website, blogs, newsletters, and press releases. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Wolf provided marketing services in several industries, including contract manufacturing, sustainability services, optics, medical, and finance. Nikki received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies and her Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Marketing from University of Denver.
