We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018, Ken Roessler will become CEO of SCI Packaging, which oversees the combined operations of both MAUSER and BWAY, and will report directly to the board of SCI Packaging. Ken has successfully led and expanded BWAY for the past 15 years and we continue to believe his deep knowledge of the business, reputation in the debt and equity markets, and his proven record for delivering results make him the ideal person to lead the consolidated company going forward.
Effective December 31, 2017, Peter Schaefer will step down as CEO of MAUSER. We thank Peter for his strong leadership of MAUSER for the past 6 years. Peter will remain on the Board of Directors of SCI PH and SCI Packaging.
