Kahuna, the leader in communication automation, announced the launch of a new public event series aimed at educating the next generation of leaders in digital marketing. Produced under the brand of Kahuna Labs, Kahuna’s new strategic services division, the series will include lectures and workshops at the company’s new headquarters in Silicon Valley and in select cities throughout the United States.

Kicking off the series on Feb. 3 in Silicon Valley will be Geoffrey Moore, author of the technology marketing classic Crossing the Chasm and consultant to businesses on innovation strategy. In an intimate, invitation-only lecture and Q&A, Moore will unpack the observations and findings in his latest book about managing innovation, Zone to Win: Organizing to Compete in an Age of Disruption. Moore will share exclusive insights into the implications for marketers at a time when technology is disrupting the way they do their work.

“For decades, Moore has empowered marketers to understand and navigate the changing landscape in which they operate,” said Julie Ginches, CMO of Kahuna. “In Zone to Win, he now provides marketers and other business leaders with a new framework for managing change while meeting the day-to-day demands of a world that’s increasingly become real-time.”

Mix of keynotes and workshops

In addition to the speaking events in Silicon Valley, Kahuna will also produce a series of interactive workshops, panels and roundtables in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco. The half-day workshops are designed to provide marketing professionals with a hands-on look at the technology and practices that leaders are employing to grow their businesses by creating more personal relationships with consumers.

“We’re living in a time of enormous change and competition,” said Giovanni Rodriguez, Managing Director of Kahuna Labs. “We hope that the Kahuna Labs public event series will help us build a community of leaders who can learn from one another to embrace the change and advance the art and science that guides our profession.”
