Placing Agent
Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 14 January 2015 and 15 January 2015 (the ''Announcements'') in relation to the Placing. Unless otherwise provided, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
Jolimark Holdings Limited and Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Limited have on 29 January 2015 determined the Placing Price at HK$1.70 per Placing Share (exclusive of brokerage, SFC transaction levy and Stock Exchange trading fee), and the Price Determination Agreement was entered into on the same date.
