ISE Irish Stock Exchange : Article 8

In relation to the issue of Series 104 Tranche 2 - Up to EUR 10,000,000 Secured Limited Recourse Notes (the 'Notes') on the Issue Date (being 19 January 2017) pursuant to the Prospectus dated 29 July 2016 which constitutes a prospectus for the purposes of Directive 2003/71/EC (the 'Prospectus Directive') and the Final Terms published in respect of the Notes, MBA Community Loans plc (the 'Issuer') gives notice of the Aggregate Notional Amount of the Notes to be issued on the Issue Date in accordance with Article 8(1) of the Prospectus Directive.
