Rio de Janeiro, January 10, 2019 - IRB-Brasil Resseguros S.A. (B3: IRBR3) ("Company") in accordance to §2 of article 21-L, of CVM Instruction No. 481 of December 17, 2009, as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, that the Company's next Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on March 30, 2020.
The Company also informs that the updated Annual Calendar of Corporate Events is available on CVM's Empresas.NET System (www.cvm.gov.br), on B3 S.A - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão's website (www.b3.com.br) and on the Company's website (https://ri.irbre.com/).
Additionally, the Company will make available in due time the other information related to said meeting, pursuant to applicable law.
