Hollywall Entertainment, Inc., (OTC Pink: HWAL), a global media and entertainment company, announced today that it has acquired OpenVision Networks, Inc., an international web-based digital communications company that provides a real, high-definition television experience, complete with more than 70 channels plus basic cable over the internet and pay-per-view offerings. Unlike cable and other linear television networks, OpenVision news and entertainment is delivered by a web-connected device, such as a computer, laptop, smartphones or tablets, such as an iPad.

According to the terms of the acquisition, Hollywall will acquire all the assets of OpenVision in a cash and stock transaction, which will then become operated as HollyVision Inc. Its founders, Sherman Davis and Leroy Gordon will manage the new enterprise, reporting to Hollywall CEO and Chairman Darnell Sutton.

“By acquiring OpenVision,” Sutton said, “Hollywall will now offer news and entertainment seekers a one-stop venue with the greatest ease of access to a world of outstanding content, either free or at competitive rates, from television, movies, radio and video games. For content providers, Hollywall offers them ability to derive an attractive revenue stream from their content properties as opposed to the meager returns at competing networks as well as the ownership of private channels for customized content. Hollywall's ever growing reputation as a developer of high-quality family entertainment has been greatly enhanced by the acquisition of this very exciting brand. It continues our strategic focus on creating and monetizing the worlds finest content, innovative technologies and global growth to drive long term shareholder value. OpenVision Networks reflects the extraordinary passion, vision and creative storytelling of its most innovative founders, Sherman Davis and Leroy Gordon. We are honored and thrilled to join forces with Sherman and Leroy and their very talented team to continue to deliver exceptional content to audiences around the world. This technology will, in effect, allow everyone to be his or her own director.”

OpenVision’s remarkable innovations will fuel the development of HollyVision. These include:

  • The first virtual, mainstream international cable network, HollyVision will be the only cable provider available for viewing worldwide, 24 hrs a day with 100% free basic service, which broadcasts via computers, smartphones, iPads and tablets.
  • With HollyVision’s set-top box, known as “the Key Lime Pie,” anyone can view the Hollywall platform on their flat screen televisions. Moreover, those with or without a Smart TV, can simply plug the set-top box into any television, download the remote control app to a cell phone or tablet and use it as a remote control. Key Lime Pie is small enough to take along and it plugs into any television; and
  • HollyVision offers an exciting benefit to video property owners, they can “own” their own channels and to offer them on a free or subscription basis to their viewers.
