JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS AND SCHEMES OF ARRANGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Judicial Managers of Swissco Holdings Limited (Judicial Managers Appointed by Court) (the "Company"), and its subsidiary, Swissco Offshore (Pte.) Ltd (Judicial Managers Appointed by Court) ("SOPL") refer to their announcements of 17 November 2017, 23 November 2017, 28 November 2017, 8 December 2017 and 24 January 2018.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms have the same meanings as defined in the aforementioned announcements.

The Judicial Managers of the Company and SOPL wish to announce that on 29 January 2018, the applications for leave to postpone the Court Meetings in relation to the Schemes of SOPL and SM Log to a date after 31 January 2018 were heard before the High Court of the Republic of Singapore and the following orders were granted:

• (a) the period by which the Judicial Managers of SOPL and SM Log have liberty to convene Court Meetings is extended to 30 April 2018; and

• (b) the period of judicial management of SOPL is extended to 18 July 2018.

The Judicial Managers will continue to work with and engage creditors and stakeholders of the Company, SOPL and SM Log, and will make further updates in relation to the Court Meetings and the Schemes as relevant.
