São Leopoldo, Jan 16, 2020 - Taurus Armas S.A. ("Company" or "Taurus"), listed at Level 2 of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (Symbols: TASA3, TASA4), notifies its shareholders and the market in general of the nomination of Mr. Bret Vorhees as the new CEO of its North-American subsidiary, Taurus Holdings Inc., which encompasses Taurus USA, Rossi and Heritage, substituting Mr. David Blenker, who announced his retirement.

Mr. Bret Vorhees leaves his position as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Walther Arms, where he has worked over the last six (06) years, leading the sales team and the construction of a strong brand, though successful innovations of new products. Bret has developed his career by focusing on a strong relationship with the weapons' market in the USA, and he is ready for the new moment of Taurus in the USA. It will begin with the opening of a new Taurus' industrial plant in the city of Bainbridge, State of Georgia, and its main mission will be to reposition the brand in the United States of America, through the launching of new products and services to the customer.
