'A generation of first-time home buyers are largely priced out of the market in many countries as credit availability remains tight and affordability stretched,' says Kevin Duignan, Global Head of Structured Finance and Covered Bonds. 'However, many mortgage markets will continue to improve with better macro-economic conditions, low interest rates and greater affordability in select markets.'
