John C. Miller retires as First Manitowoc Bancorp, Inc. Board Chairman

MANITOWOC, WI - January 14, 2013 - First Manitowoc Bancorp, Inc. ( OTCQB: FMWC), parent company of Bank First, announces the retirement of John C. Miller, Chairman of the Board, effective December 31, 2012. Miller had been a Director of the Corporation and the Bank since 1996 and since June 2010 served as Chairman. Mr. Miller also served on the Corporation and Bank's Compensation and Retirement Committee and was Chairman of the Executive and Nominating Committees. Mr. Miller is Chairman of the Board of Miller-St. Nazianz, Inc., a manufacturer of motorized agricultural application equipment with worldwide distribution.
