in 2012 and information on submitting consolidated

Hereby TVN S.A. (the "Company") announces publication dates
of periodical reports in 2012:
- 4th quarter of 2011 - February 15, 2012;
- 1st quarter of 2012 - May 11, 2012;
- 2nd quarter of 2012 and 1st half of 2012 -
August 9, 2012;
- 3rd quarter of 2012 - November 7, 2012.
- stand alone annual report for 2011 - February 15, 2012;
- consolidated annual report for 2011 - February 15,
2012.
Simultaneously, following the regulations of §83 sec. 1 and 3
of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated February 19,
2009 on current and periodic information to be published by
issuers of securities, the Company informs that it will
disclose consolidated periodical (quarterly and semi-annual)
reports that will include stand alone financial statements.
The annual report will be prepared and published in both the
stand alone and consolidated form.
Legal basis: § 103 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of
Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic
information to be published by issuers of securities.
