Friday's markets closed mixed with corn closing 4 cents higher and beans 3 cents lower. South American weather and the new Trump administration will continue to give direction to the commodity markets this week.

Funds continue with some profit taking, especially with news of South American weather improving this week. Argentina's soybean plantings are 99% complete and corn is 95% complete. Harvest progress continues in Mato Grosso, Brazil with 11.5% of the soybeans harvested vs. 4% a year ago.

Corn unchanged to down 1

Soybeans down 3 to 6
