We refer to the announcements dated 20 November 2015, 8 December 2015, 17 December 2015, 21 December 2015 and 7 January 2016 in relation to the Bonus Issue ('Announcements'). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

On behalf of EFB, CIMB wishes to announce that 282,133,985 Bonus Shares issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities at 9.00 am on 26 January 2016.
