The subpoenas from the office of Attorney General Letitia James, who has also subpoenaed Trump himself, were disclosed in a court filing on Monday.

Lawyers for the Trump family are seeking to block James from questioning Trump and his children under oath. The lawyers were not immediately available for comment.

Eric Trump, another of the former president's adult children, was questioned by James' office in October of 2020.

Trump sued James two weeks ago to block her civil probe into the Trump Organization, accusing her of partisan politics.

James has been investigating whether the company fraudulently inflated the values of its real estate holdings to obtain bank loans, and reduced the values to save on taxes.

The investigation is related to but separate from a criminal probe by Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance into the Trump Organization's business practices, which James joined in May, and has been ongoing for more than three years.
