Executive Offices of New York launched in 2010 and David Shavolian has noticed growth in office space rentals among startups.

Most startups are in a temporary phase and not prepared to commit to a full time permanent office. The un-readiness contributes to a tight budget and small team. Therefore, EONY offices are available to rent for a few hours, days and years. The various office space rentals allow startups to reserve an office for meetings and select periods of time.

Shavolian offers three office space types that startups utilize, as the office rental process is similar to reserving a hotel room. Office tenants, like hotel guests are provided with furniture, along with a swipe-able key card for office access.

Offices: Offices contain executive furniture and an administrative staff. Office services include high speed Internet, messengers, and a fax/copy machine. Office tenants also have access to a telephone system that provides tenants with a phone number (if needed or can use a personal number) and voicemail service. Additional amenities include mail delivery, a daily maintenance crew and a break room with a kitchen.

Conference Rooms: Conference rooms are charged based on usage. Tenants can book rooms on an hourly basis (30 minute increments).

Virtual Offices: Virtual offices have a physical address (without the physical office) and phone services include a Manhattan area code phone number. Businesses owners can utilize voicemail services 24 hours a day. The EONY receptionist answers and directs a client call to the virtual phone number. Mail and fax services can also be arranged (at additional costs). Virtual offices are accessible 24-hours in WiFi locations.
