Davenport Consulting, a national leader in school reform strategy, announced today that their work with the East Allen County Schools in Indiana has resulted in another high ranking for the District. Davenport Consulting began working with the District in 2012, and since that time has helped raise the grade level for the school 2 levels – from Grade C to Grade A.

Leveraging a big data approach, Davenport Consulting uses a unique approach to data analysis and monitoring, which enables the District to continue to benchmark achievement in a measurable way to all stakeholders involved.

In addition to this “Data Disaggregation” approach, Davenport Consulting blends academic leadership and motivational training to implement goals for continuous improvement.

“The District is a strong role model for schools nationwide. They really took the education reform process head-on. They were aggressive in making goals and ensuring that its school demonstrated commitment to our methodologies,” said Patricia Davenport, President of Davenport Consulting.

“Working with Pat and her colleague, Peggy Hinckley, really helped us build a long-term roadmap for continuous growth,” said Dr. Kenneth H. Folks, EACS Superintendent. “We believe in their approach as it has worked well for us.”
