Mr. Delehanty joins Grameen America from Capital One, where he spent the past nine years and most recently served as Senior Director of Community Development Banking based in New York.

Mr. Delehanty has a proven track record of spearheading the implementation of economic development programs and overseeing philanthropic support to expand access to safe and affordable credit in underserved communities. With his extensive professional experience in the banking and nonprofit sectors and longstanding commitment to promoting financial inclusion, Mr.Delehanty will help lead Grameen America in its next chapter of growth.

Mr. Delehanty has been a long-time advisor to Grameen America from its earliest days. He represented Capital One on many nonprofit and advisory boards engaged in small business development in New York and nationally, including serving as a key leader on Grameen America's own National Advisory Board.

He holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Master's Degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
