Recycling is theme of Township Manager's Feb. 2 coffee
Cranberry Township Manager Jerry Andree will host a presentation about the community's recycling efforts given by Environmental Projects Coordinator Lorin Meeder at 10:00 AM on Groundhogs Day, Tuesday, February 2, in the Township's library. The presentation is part of the Township's ongoing Coffee and Conversation program - an informal dialogue series with Cranberry's Township manager and other local officials. Recycling and resource conservation efforts by the Township apply to every aspect of municipal operation and are credited with generating substantial cost savings as well as environmental protection. Mr. Meeder has been leading the Township's recycling and water conservation initiatives for more than a decade. There is no charge to attend the event and no reservations are required.
