The move reflects Constellations’ ever growing client base in the Western United States and Asia.
Constellation’s San Francisco office, located at 75 Broadway, offers a full range of services, including accounting, compliance, operations support, due diligence, dispute resolution and other consulting services and support. Constellation serves hedge funds, RIAs, private equity/private equity portfolio companies, venture capital and start-up technology firms, other commercial enterprises, as well as their service providers and investors.
Commenting on the San Francisco expansion Managing Partner Boris Onefater stated, “We are very excited about establishing a permanent presence in the San Francisco Bay Area and the West Coast. Adding this office allows us to better serve our current hedge fund, private equity and VC clients and others on the west coast.”
Managing the day-to-day affairs and heading up the business development for the San Francisco office is a veteran of the west coast investment management industry, Mr. Bart LeConey.

Mr. LeConey has spent over a decade working in both the fixed income and equity capital markets. His experience includes fixed income trading for a $1.5B private wealth group, equity and derivative sales in the Bay Area and Asia for a global trading firm, and other investment managers in the Bay Area.
