Eastbound traffic will be detoured at South Pine Street through the following route: South Pine to South Jackson to East Market, with East Market turning into Bellefontaine, meeting back up with the State Routes at the Bellefontaine Avenue and Elm Street intersection.
Westbound traffic will be detoured at Bellefontaine Avenue through the following route: Bellefontaine Avenue turning into East Market, East Market to South Jackson to South Pine.
Local traffic will be permitted to just west of Harrison and just east of Prospect.
