DUNDALK COUNTY LOUTH, Ireland (AP) _ Cimpress plc (CMPR) on Wednesday reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $190.2 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Dundalk County Louth, Ireland-based company said it had net income of $6.81 per share. Earnings, adjusted for pretax gains, were $2.73 per share.

The marketing materials maker posted revenue of $820.3 million in the period.

Cimpress shares have decreased 11% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $111.38, a decline of 5% in the last 12 months.
