The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders (the "Shareholders") of the Company and potential investors of the Company that the Group expects to record a decline in net profit for the year ended December 31, 2015 as compared to last year. The decline in net profit is primarily due to a decrease in the Group's domestic sales during the year.
The Company is in the process of finalising the annual results of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2015 and the related audit work has not yet been completed.
