Bluestar Silicone International (BSI) has recently launched a new type of foam control agent - SILCOLAPSE 910, to meet the growing demands of clients in the pulping and papermaking industry and provide individualized solutions to them.

The defoamer plays an important role in the pulping and papermaking process. The foam produced in the pulping process will not only affect the permeability and quality of paper pulp, and reduce the recycling rate of chemicals, but also cause flaws and pinholes on the surface of the finished paper products, so silicone defoamer is often used in papermaking plants to optimize their production process and control foam.
