Central Bank of Russia : On securities issue

On 26 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Scientific Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering named after V. V. Bakhirev (the Nizhny Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55351-E-006D;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Gidrostroy (the Sakhalin Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57775-N-001D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sanatorium Sinegorsk Mineral Water (the Sakhalin Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-57057-N-007D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company the Badge of Honour Order Yuzhno-Sakhalinsky State Farm (the Sakhalin Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-59065-N-001D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Murmanenergosbyt (the Murmansk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-04441-D-001D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Votkinsky Zavod (the Udmurt Republic) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55471-E-006D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Zvezdochka Ship Repair Centre (the Arkhangelsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55431-E-006D.
