Data of Central Statistical Bureau show that, compared to October, total retail trade turnover in November 2013 rose by 1.2%, according to seasonally adjusted data at constant prices. Retail trade in food products has grown by 2.4%, whereas of non-food products - by 0.4%.

In comparison with October, total retail trade turnover at current prices, not considering the seasonality, in November of last year decreased by 6.5%. A year ago - in November 2012, compared to October - turnover reduced by 6.2%.

Compared to November 2012, total retail trade turnover in November 2013 rose by 5.0%, according to calendar adjusted data at constant prices. Rise in food commodity group comprised 7.2%, but in non-food commodity group - 3.7%, while retail sale of automotive fuel remained the same. Most rapid turnover increase in November was observed in retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet - 41.5%, in retail sale of second-hand goods - 22.5%, in retail sale of furniture, lighting equipment and other household articles - 17.9%, as well as in retail sale of textiles - 11.3%.

In comparison with November 2012, total retail trade turnover at current prices rose by 2.7% (not taking into account the calendar influence).

During the period of time from January to November 2013, as compared to the same period of 2012, total retail trade turnover has grown by 3.8%, according to calendar adjusted data. Retail trade in food products has increased by 4.0%, whereas of non-food products - by 3.6%.
