REVISED EXPECTED TIMETABLE

IN RELATION TO PROPOSED CAPITAL REORGANISATION

Reference is made to the announcement of Bingo Group Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 3 January 2019 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the proposed Capital Reorganisation and the announcement of the Company dated 7 January 2019 (the ''Delay Announcement'') in relation to the delay in despatch of the Circular. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement and the Delay Announcement.

REVISED EXPECTED TIMETABLE

As disclosed in the Delay Announcement, the despatch of the Circular was postponed to a date to be announced by the Company as soon as practicable. As additional time is required by the Company to finalise the contents of the Circular, the Company expects that the despatch date of the Circular will be delayed to a date on or before 16 January 2019.

In view of the delay in despatch of the Circular, the expected timetable for the Capital Reorganisation is revised as below:
