Prior to joining Berger & Montague, P.C., Ms. Drake chaired the consumer practice group at Minneapolis-based Nichols Kaster, PLLP. Ms. Drake is a member of the Board of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, on the Partner's Council of the National Consumer Law Center, a member of the Steering Committee for the Plaintiffs' Class Action Forum, and serves as the Treasurer for the Consumer Litigation Section of the Minnesota Bar. During her career, Ms. Drake has prosecuted and obtained significant settlements in numerous class action cases. Her practice includes Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, as well as consumer protection cases involving student loans, payday loans, and consumer privacy.

Mr. Hashmall is a graduate of Grinnell College and the Cornell University School of Law and clerked for President Judge Bonnie B. Leadbetter of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and for the Honorable David J. Ten Eyck of the Minnesota District Court. Mr. Albanese, a graduate of Georgetown University and Columbia Law School, was a managing editor on the Columbia Law Review, and clerked on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
