BWA raises GBP1,134 from second round of subscriptions

BWA Group PLC - company which has mineral exploration licences in Cameroon and Canada - Closes second round of subscriptions, raising an additional GBP1,134, to a total of GBP458,134 when combined with the GBP457,000 at the first closing. Funds raised from second round was via issuing 226,800 shares at 0.5 pence each.

Current stock price: 0.44 pence
