BBK, Bahrain's pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly "Day of Appreciation" to announce the Gold and Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of December 2014 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the 6th of December 2015, Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery Chief Executive of BBK handed over the gold awards to Mohammed Al Rayes and Sanjeev Bhalla from Treasury, Investment & Institutional Banking Division, A.Karim A.Jalil, Hamad Taleb and Ali A.Rahman Rashid from Retail Banking Division and Jassim Hasan Ebrahim from Information Technology Division.
On the same day Mr. Bucheery, Chief Executive of BBK handed over the silver awards to Nadia Al Qassab and Najeeb Khunji from Risk & Credit Management Division.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank's philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank's performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
