Availity announces the completion of an extensive rebranding to highlight the value in delivering revenue cycle and related business solutions for health care professionals who want to build healthy, thriving organizations.

In 2013, Availity undertook a companywide rebranding initiative to create a unified customer experience between its products and those of RealMed, a company Availity acquired in 2010. The rebrand included a complete visual redesign and product repositioning to better convey the value of the Availity Health Information Network®. As a part of these changes, RealMed became Availity Revenue Cycle Management, and Availity introduced a new Advanced Clearinghouse solution to accompany its well-established Web Portal and Basic Clearinghouse.

Aligning availity.com with the new brand was the capstone project for the yearlong initiative. As a primary information source for current and prospective customers, partners and employees, availity.com reflects the essence of a new Availity and its solutions, insights and expansive network reach.

The new easy-to-navigate availity.com features new solutions and resources designed to help providers, payers and partners drive meaningful improvements in the health care payment cycle. Among the site's newest features is a resource center with downloadable documents, updated payer lists for all Availity services, enhanced exhibits and events section, and a newsroom with media resources.

"The new Availity website is more than a look and feel upgrade," said Kathleen Hertzog, vice president of marketing and communications for Availity. "We wanted the site to provide real value to our customers and their complex business needs, which is why it is outfitted with valuable information about important topics like ICD-10, expert provider training, original research about value-based payments and more."

Visitors can explore site content by audience, solution and product - a design feature that will help customers and prospects better navigate to needed information.
