Management Board of TVN S.A. ("Company") informs,
that the Supervisory Board during its meeting on January 9,
2012 appointed Mr. Robert Bednarski to the Management Board
TVN S.A., with effects of January 9, 2012. The Supervisory
Board entrusted to Mr. Robert Bednarski the position of the
Management Board Member.
Robert Bednarski joined Onet.pl Group in 1999 as CFO becoming
a Member of the Management Board responsible for finance,
investment and G&A in 2001. Since 2007 he has acted as EVP
being responsible for sales and marketing, research, finance,
legal and corporate relations department. As of middle 2011
Robert Bednarski became the COO of Onet.pl Group managing in
addition product department and overall company's
operations.
From 2004 to 2006 he was Member of Supervisory Board of
PASCAL Publishing House. Earlier, from 1998 to 2000, he was
Member of Supervisory Board of Transformers Group. Prior to
joining Onet, he worked at the Can Pack Group, where during
over 5 years of his employment, he gained experience in
various areas of the finance management.
Robert Bednarski is a PhD in Economics. He graduated from
Cracow University of Economics and completed educational
programmes at the International Institute for Management
Development in Lausanne.
Mr. Robert Bednarski is not engaged in any activity
outside TVN S.A., particularly in any activity that is
competitive in relation to activities of the Company and is
not involved in any entity competing with TVN S.A. as a
partner of a civil or commercial partnership or a member of
authorities of a capital company nor is a member of
authorities of any other juridical person competing with TVN
S.A..
Mr. Robert Bednarski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

information to be published by issuers of securities.
